Targeted LV Lead Placement

A patient with heart failure and wide QRS on guideline-directed medication is eligible for biventricular pacing. The implanting team considers whether to target the left ventricular lead to the coronary sinus branch with latest electrical activation rather than use a conventional posterolateral non-apical position.
