The rules for using PubDaily. Last updated: 25 September 2026.
PubDaily is continuing education for healthcare professionals. It does not provide medical advice, is not a clinical decision tool, and is not a substitute for your own clinical judgement, current guidelines, or your employer’s policies and protocols. Summaries, cases and questions can contain errors or become out of date; always check the original source before applying anything to patient care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You must be at least 18 and a healthcare professional or student in a health profession. The role you give when signing up is your own statement; you are responsible for it being accurate.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. If you joined with a hospital or organisation code or invite, that organisation can see your learning progress within its workspace, and can remove your membership.
PubDaily does not currently charge you. If paid plans are introduced, the price and terms will be shown to you and you will only be charged after you explicitly agree and enter payment details.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
PubDaily’s content, design and software belong to PubDaily or its licensors. Papers and guidelines referenced belong to their publishers; we link to the original sources. You may use PubDaily content for your own learning.
We work to keep content accurate and the service available, but we provide PubDaily “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or availability, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using PubDaily content.
You can stop using PubDaily and delete your account at any time (see Delete your data). We may change or discontinue parts of the service.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
